We are very excited to introduce this class as the first of a four part series! We are celebrating the month of February by honoring & loving ourselves and others. This month will be full with self loving yoga, meditations, Reiki, affirmations, herbs and more! You are welcome to join any or all of the classes offered! They are stand alone classes that are meant to benefit anyone who attends.
Join Paula Marquez, Certified Herbalist & Reiki Master and Meredith Guthrie, CranioSacral Therapist & Reiki Master-Teacher for an afternoon filled with love, light, and upliftment. Come together in community to light candles for love, relax into a heart opening meditation, create prayers and affirmations of love and gratitude. To complete a lovely and magical afternoon together Paula will guide the group through an herbal heart journey exploring herbs for physical and emotional support.
This is a 3 hour class and will include light snacks & teas.
