In this heartwarming afternoon, wrap yourself in the energy of love. Explore, evoke, and embody Kuan Yin, goddess of love and compassion, open yourself to the gentle power of flower essences, and relax into a 60 minute Reiki and Restorative Yoga Practice focused on opening the heart.
This is a 3 hour class, bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolsters, blocks, 3 small pillows for support, and your favorite mug. (Don’t have a yoga mat, bolsters or blocks? No worries, we have extra! Just let us know.)
